C2C connect is a very simple yet modest platform that facilitates in the following way.
Companies create a profile for their company and once the profile being approved by the admin they can further add their recruiters and consultants working in their company.
Company admin and a recruiter can be able to post jobs and send invitations to their employees to associate with them.
Companies can assign their employees as a consultant to the recruiters to perform all the tasks on the behalf of the company.
Based on the various search criteria admin and recruiters can search for consultants profile and contact them to schedule an appointment between the both.
Companies can add reviews for their partners. Consultants can also individually search and apply for the job and also can share reviews for their past worked company and current associated company.
Company admin can create a separate group of their company to add their partners into groups. Company can also post upcoming jobs privately into the group.
Companies can also create their available consultants hotlist and can schedule the timings to send their partners.
Companies page will show the detailed information and statistics about the different companies like number of applicants, hired, occupations etc.
C2C connect provide blog posts facility to share the website related information with users and a forum where everyone initiate a topic about the visa or recruitment to discuss about.
